Additional AV equipment and professional technical support can be organised for any of the hotel’s conference suites by prior arrangement. Standard audio visual equipment is supplied by the hotel free of charge. Additional technical equipment may be provided by the hotel at a nominal charge. Any equipment or services sourced outside of the hotel are recharged accordingly.
Terms and Conditions:
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all function bookings. Rates are reviewed periodically. In the event of a cancellation or postponement, every effort is made to resell the date. If the date is resold for a comparable function, the deposit will be refunded. The hotel reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee based on each individual circumstance. Any falsification of information will render the contract null and void.
