The Taste of Sligo Food Festival returns this July, bringing a vibrant celebration of food, culture, and local produce to the heart of Sligo town. Taking place in Queen Maeve Square on 25th & 26th July 2026, this exciting annual event showcases the very best of the region’s culinary scene.
Created by renowned local chef Anthony Gray, the festival highlights Sligo’s growing reputation as a food destination along the Wild Atlantic Way, attracting top chefs, artisan producers, and visitors from across Ireland and beyond.
