Any visit to Sligo Park Hotel would not be complete without a meal in the bright and airy Hazelwood Restaurant which overlooks the colourful walled gardens. With both modern and traditional dishes, we have something to suit every palate. At our AA Rosette Award Winning Sligo Restaurant we pride ourselves in producing quality, fresh local seasonal fare, cooked with care and simply presented.
All our Beef, Pork, Lamb, Poultry and Dairy Produce is 100% Irish and fully traceable from farm to fork. William Clarke of Sligo has been our butcher for over fifty years. All the beef he supplies us with is born and bred in County Sligo, and is matured for a minimum of 28 days. John Flynn of Sligo has been our fishmonger for more than thirty years and all the seafood he supplies us with is freshly landed indigenous Irish fish.
All our soups, sauces and dressings are gluten free and gluten free bread is available on request.
Our wine list is compiled mainly by Febver wines, and is designed to be compatible with our menu, so if you are unsure about which wine to go for, just ask a member of our team. Our house red and white are supplied by the Harragdon Family, and are quite special, in that they are produced in France by Sligo man Ray Monaghan.
