Gym Membership

Here at the Sligo Park we offer a range of great membership offers. We offer 3 to 6 month annual membership, with peak and off peak membership. There are keen rates for students, couples and over 60s. All members can avail of complimentary classes that are supplied by highly trained professionals. We also offer gym programmes to all members. Our personal trainers provide inductions and skilled programmes that can vary from injury recovery, to your basic toning up. No matter what your fitness level, from a complete beginner, or a highly trained sportsperson, specialised advice is available.
